WONDER LAB

Conceived as a proposal for a digital scholarship hub on the second floor of Memorial Library in Madison, WI, the Wonder Lab is a dynamic environment where research, collaboration, and making intersect. Curved forms, layered transparency, and tactile materials guide users through interconnected zones, creating a living laboratory where the design process becomes visible and ideas are explored collectively.

The programming and conceptual diagrams for the Wonder Lab explore how research, making, and collaboration are spatially organized and experienced. Through layered mappings, form studies, and visual narratives, they illustrate how movement, flexibility, and creative activity shape an environment that supports discovery, experimentation, and collective engagement.
